How are the 60 support hours distributed throughout the year? Can I roll over unused hours?

The $99 plan includes5 support hours per month, spread across 12 months. Since this is a heavily discounted offer (actual value of $1800),unused hours do not roll overto the next month. To get the most value, we recommend using your monthly hours consistently.

What if I use up my 5 monthly hours but need more support that month?

You have two options:
